I'll try to answer for the parts I got:
- RFXCOM
-->Receiver
* RFXCOM - 83003 Receiver LAN RF-433,92Mhz, 2 interfaces COM
I got the 87005 with oregon/X10 receiver and as extra module the 40079 for Visonic., I'm happy with it as it's extremely reliable and helps me recieve X10-RF, HomeEasy, Oregon and Visonic signals.
-->SENSORS
* OREGON SCIENTIFIC - THGR228N
Got a couple of these and still looking for some more, reliable and easy to use.

The other parts you mention I got no experience with and can not say anything other that PLCbus should be supported...
Your PLCbus 1141 is explicitly mentioned on the wiki and plugin modules can be added as a device, so it probably works and otherwise Ron will problably add it if you can add some specifics.
