Question about the RFXio

Hi All

I have a couple of questions about how to use the RFXio module:

1. Can the device be used to detect a free volt closure contact relay as input? If so how must I connect it?
2. How must I do to connect a 3 volts line to an output port? I have a device that is powered by 3 volts. I would like to use the RFXio to close the line and therefore close the circuit at 3volts so the device gets powered. Can someone showme the schematics or post a picture?
