RJ45 with a loading bar.

Post by Noel »

Not sure where to put this question, and I hope it's okay in "Other > Off topic".

Soon I need to make over 150 UTP cables, and now I need some RJ45 plugs.

Some time ago I bought some RJ45 plugs with what is called a "loading bar", but unfortunately I've run out of them :/
(I bought them in the US)

The RJ45 with a loading bar look like this (note the small loading bar in the middle) :

Anyone here who might know where I can order / get some in the Netherlands?

Any info on this appreciated.

Hmmm not sure if thats the one.
The 'loading bare' comes out 1st. Than you guide the cables true it, put it all together, and use a crimping tool crimp it.

Handy way of making your UTP cables with that loading bar. Making it without the loadingbar, my way, is much more difficult!

Peter R. de Vries his picture is on that site.
No way I will buy anything from that shop.

But the shop does have the RJ45 with 'loading bar' (they call it 'positioneringsblokje')
