I thought that the 500 series and for sure the 560 series are similar. My one is the PET version (Although I never use that bucket).
No sweat though I was just curious if it would work when I saw you file passing

May be there is a different default setting possible in IR trans? Never really looked into it but if I remember well you can adjust all kind of timings and parameters. Can you grab a screenie?
You are also using the USB version right?

I can't remember changing or configuring anything; plug and play so to speak
