Am I correct to say that the NUL cable (blue) are basically all connected to each other (that is if it's on the same phase)
I've got some "light" switches in the house that do not have a NUL cable, and now I would like to pull the NUL from one of the closest junction boxes.

I think the same goes for the Brown (Fase) cable. For most of the Xanura modules you need to pull a new Blue cable from one of the junction boxes, most times its the same box as where the Brown (Fase) and the Black (Switch) cable are coming from.

Yes the easiest would be to pull the nul (blue) cable from the same junction box as they are in the same PVC pipe (and this is what I'll do), but is this blue cable connected to the same blue cable in an other junction box (if on same phase)? I think it's a yes, but need to know 100% sure.

The more I think about it, the more I feel like a fool.. Of course it the same.. And yes.. The same thing for the brown.
The black is the one used for switching things on/off

Unless someone also changed your wiring. But the dutch saying is "alleen een l*l schakelt met de nul"

Most times there is room on the existing connector where all the Blue (Nul) wires come together. You can safely connect to this connector!
Good luck, if we don't see you online the next couple of day's then.......

Yes, basically all "null"/neutral/blue wires are connected together in the fuse-box. (Actually for all phases, and then connected to the common ground.)
An electrician will probably try to convince you to run the new neutral connector to the fuse-box, but the main reason for this is not that it won't give the same result, but that a electrical installation that don't follow standards increase the possibility for fatal accidents.
But, as long as you are 100% sure that you connect neutral to neutral, and use a blue wire that shouldn't be a large issue.
(Don't do as the previous owners of a colleagues house and use the green/yellow earth-cable as phase in the bathroom when you are too lazy to run a new wire.

Never do this for the brown wire, unless you are sure the 'other' brown is from the same 'group'. otherwise you can mix up the "groping" that way. When one fuse blows in your groupsbox, the other group still has power!
