Elro AB440S, RFXCOm & Homeseer

Probably this problem is already mentioned on this forum, but I can not figure this one out and it is making me insane....

I have 3 Elro AB440S Switch Unit's with an Elro AB440R remote control working perfectly fine. I downloaded RFXmngr when I received my RFXcom transceiver and installed it. When I make contact with the unit and select the lighting 1 tab, select ELRO AB400D at Type, House Code A and unit Code 3 for instance and give the ON command the unit switches on. Offcourse when I give the Off command the unit switches off. No problem their....

The problem comes when I want to integrate these switches in Homeseer. I go to the RFXcom plugin tab in Homeseer and select Output Dev. I select add and then try to add the switch. The problem is that I cannot select for instance ELRO AB400D at Device ID. I tried Flamingo, X10 Module, ARC Module etc and gave the A3 as the HS Unit Code. The Appliance will not turn on. The logfile says On/Of correctly but nothing happens. But when it is in Flamingo mode, the log file says the unit does not exist.

The AB400 must be configured as a FLAMINGO Module.

Enable debug level 2 for the transmitter on the RFXCOM General config page.
send an ON command for the AB400 A3 unit.

Please send the following to RFXCOM support:
the full HS log file
indicate how the switches in the AB400 module are configured
a screen shot from the Output device configuration.
