Hi all i have got two routers
1 linksys 2 netgear both got WIFI
do i need an cable to link them up or can i use the WiFi

If you had two routers that could run DD-WRT it would be possible, but I don't know if any netgear router can do that.
Routers like the Linksys WRT54GL works great with DD-WRT, I use one myself, and it's possible to link several routers together.
In your case I would go for the wired option.

If I understand correctly, you would like to connect the two wired networks over a wireless connection? That's not possible with just any router. The more expensive Linksys routers have a feature for that. If I'm not mistaken it's called 'lan to lan'.
