Rfxcom sensor problem

Can someone help me with a problem with two temp rfxsom sensors. There seem's to be a communication failure.

12-5-2008 20:08:00 AC RF Processor (RF Decoder)Possible unregistered RFXSensor transmission from device # 65295 Cmd:Current Sensor,Reading, 196, recording unit code.

I have tried to register in the AC RF interface module, but that won't work

I don't no how to reset the sensor

See chapter 4 how to reset the RFXSensor: http://www.rfxcom.com/documents/RFXSensor.pdf

Stop HS,
Use RFreceiver to see the ACRF ID for all sensors.
Press reset on the RFXSensor and the ID's are displayed.
Then start HS again, press reset on the RFXSensor and add the environmental sensor in the ACRF.

I have done all the steps, but i still get a communication faillure in HS.
