At this moment, all the HA hardware in our house is being controlled and monitored by my brand new system, based on Node.JS & MQTT, running on Raspberry Pi's: Last Saturday I closed the Windows application that has been responsible for that during the last 7 years and made the new system take over completely. Now Everything is done by a bunch of Node.JS scripts running on RPi's (or as my wife calls them, those scary little boxes

And all those small system components communicate with each other over MQTT.

And now I suddenly feel some sort of void - what to do with my spare time, now that Node.JS is no longer the main course every evening as it has been during the last 8 months...?
But don't worry, I'll find a way to keep myself busy!
