I have ordered mine, but it can take up to 6(!) weeks until it arrives... RabbitFire, where did you order yours with a delivery time of 1 week?

I got one.
was even lucky enough to get a VIP invite for the launch at 00:01
I'm very happy with it so far. For mobile internet access is great (which was what I wanted the most.)
Definitely a lot faster/easier to use than any other thing out there in this form factor.
(And I've tried it all over the years, Pocket PC's, Symbian Phones, Nokia MIDs, etc.)

Shops here also still have the white 16GB model.
The 8GB and black 16GB are out of stock for the next weeks.
I was considering developing some custom apps for it (the SDK looks very nice), but as it requires an OSX computer I have now switched to using just web-based "apps".
It might not be as responsive and fast as a real app, but its more than enough (and we can still use some sliding/fade effects to add extra "iphone look factor"
(I was able to get OSX working on VMware, but not the latest version required to work with the latest iPhone SDK)

In here I got it working fine, up to version 10.4.8
Now the latest 10.5.x - those I can't get working.
Apple should be the one providing us with a "Virtual machine appliance" so that anyone could easily develop for the iPhone!
