In the mean time I have been looking at the Honeywell solution which is quite expensive (for my house it would cost approx € 1000).
The cool thing about their solution is that all radiator heads talk to the Thermostat.
So if it's cold in my home office and warm in the living room (where the thermostat is), the system will notice, close most radiator heads except the one in the office and tell the CV to start heating.
After some tests I found that fine-tuning the radiators (closing them 50-70%) which will slow down the heating process but it does allow other rooms to heat up as well..
Even though I would love to have a technical solution, this appears to work. We'll spend the €1000 on something else
