Private messaging temporary off

Pretty much since the time private messaging was temporarily switched off, notification mails for subscribed forums and topics have been unreliable for me. I'm a bit surprised no one else has mentioned this. Am I the only one seeing this? Is it still being worked on? Is there something I need to do to get it working again?

All the subscriptions were removed, it was a huge mess, thousands of subscriptions and lots of subscriptions with emails not valid anymore
So you need to subscribe again on top level and it should work again.

According to "Manage subscriptions" on my "User Control Panel" all the subscriptions are in place. But even for this topic, where I just added the subscription when I made my previous update, I didn't get a mail for your response.

and now?, this morning i made some changes again....
i did see the outgoing mail to you in my mail server now...should work
