<br />In here I got it working fine, up to version 10.4.8
Now the latest 10.5.x - those I can't get working.

Apple should be the one providing us with a "Virtual machine appliance" so that anyone could easily develop for the iPhone! :)

SDK is supported on Intel Mac's only .... a bummer for people with G5's around (or an excuse to change :-)

Good thing i asked a friend of mine, when he ordered to use his visa (then you should be covered for these kinds of things) because we did had a strange feeling in the beginning.. and he had bad luck in the past aswell..

I got mine a week ago, but I'm rather disappointed:

It came out of the box damaged. Part of the power-button wasn't chromed. Not a biggy, probably a production error, but it's a bit sloppy for an Apple product.

Further, the stand-by time doens't seem to be longer than 24 hours. And that's just for standing by, if I listen to some music, browse the web or make a phone call it probably even less.

And last, but not least: I cannot use it anymore! It worked right out of the box, but three days later the SIM got blocked and my phone stated 'No Service', and that was exactly what I got when calling T-Mobile costumers service. Because migrating a phone number takes 20 minutes of hard labor, waiting times have risen to 14 days. And to prevent complex corrections on your bill afterwards, they decided to simply disable your phone.

I'm seriously considereing to send mine back and the get one without a lock to use it with my old sim-card. The only thing holding me back is that this cancelation makes a procedure which is seemingly very complex at T-Mobile even more complex, hence leaving more room for errors. Is anybody else suffering? ;-)

standby should be a lot more. I get over 2days with 1h browsing 3g per day.

Although the battery meter only became accurate after the first full discharge-charge cycle.

Other than that I have been very happy with it.

I also use it around the house with wifi connected to it.. But with firmware 2.0 standard out of the box, its empty in seconds.. :) you should turn of the "push" feature and all other crap around it, let it update every hour instead of 5 minutes or something like that. It was syncing with my itunes at home via wifi every 5 minutes via push... and otherwise it would use internet connection to see if there was something..

anyway play with those settings, and turn off bluetooth if you dont need it..

it checks my mail every 15 minutes (via internet) and if i'am at home it uses wifi (automaticly) then i can get a standby of a couple of days.. (i would say 2 to 3 days i think) thats without calling.

ow and this is the 2g model, not the 3g though..
