Great App, works fine whit Mi-light on Domoticz! I had trouble to get the OV information: there is a different between the busstation name and the ID: the busstation name is Westeinde what didn't work. On de site http://www.ov9292.nl i discovered the proper ID in the URL. Maybe more stations has the same issue.

It's probably for the best if someone with a bit more knowledge did this, I don't want to be responsible for bricking a few dozen Toon's

The link just tells you a few guidelines for that app to be 'allowed' in the toonstore. Making it in the toonstore itself will be a job for Toonz or marcelc, and I'm sure they will not brick all of our toons

So the current maintainer of the app should look at the guidelines and make the app ready so that Toonz or Marcelc can put it in toonstore.

Hello,

First you need run domoticz and the app is only a link to your domoticz website with Dashticz.
The installation in on your Toon is easy just copy the app in the apps and make an link.
After that add ip number to dashticz on your domoticz that is it.

Sounds easy when you put it like that, but when I upload the app folder in the right place and put the link to dashticzs in the Global.qml I don't get the lightbulb or anything.
I am probably missing something.

I am wondering if i put the link in the right place in the Globals file, anyone care to comment?

This is a piece from my file, do i need to put it anywhere else? It didn't say so in the OP...

1.) Download zip from this https://github.com/robgeerts/dashticz_toon, unzip contents to a folder named 'dashticz' and upload this folder to: '/HCBv2/qml/apps/'
2.) Add 'dashticz' to the array of 'appsToLoad' in '/HCBv2/qml/qb/base/Globals.qml'
3.) Reboot
4.) Click on the new (bulb) icon in the notification-bar
5.) Click on 'Instellingen' to enter ip, port, username and password (enter base64 encoded username & password)

That is all.

I had one problem with showing my lamps in the bulb so I did this:

I had to edit "dashticz.settings" {"domoticzHost":"<your ip>","domoticzPassword":"","domoticzPort":"<your port>","domoticzUsername":""}

before rebooting the gui with killall qt-gui

Ok, did all that, still no lightbulb..
When I download the zip file it gives me a dashticz_toon-master folder in a dashticz_toon-master folder, I only renamed the second folder and uploaded that to apps.
Any ideas?

So you download the file as one zip file? dashticz_toon-master.zip

When you extract the zip file you will see an map like this: dashticz_toon-master

I renamed this map in dashticz and upload it in Toon , maybe you need to check the rights

Editing the settings file with the following line works great!
{"domoticzHost":"<your ip>","domoticzPassword":"","domoticzPort":"<your port>","domoticzUsername":""}

I got it working now, it shows all favorited items from Domoticz.
I do prefer having a roomid in the settings so i can still use "favorites" for different purposes like testing.
