Toon app: Afvalwijzer

I have some trouble with the waste app, I can’t get the waste icons under the time in dim state. This has has been working before but it stoped after upgrading to 4.13.7. I reinstalled the latest waste app via the store and I copied the thermostat waste mod 4.13.7 to the toon, like I did before but there is no waste icon showing up under the time. When I put the waste dates at the first page there will be icons in the tile.
Can someone help me with this?

Let me first check if I understood you correctly:
- the waste collection tile on the homescreen is working fine and does show waste icons in dim state.
- You have troubles with the thermostat mod which does not show the icon under the temperature, not under the time.

Have you waited at least a day? The thermostat mod is only reconfiguring itself around the display hour in the app settings.
This starts already at boot, so if you change the display hour value or change the waste provider, the thermostat mod will only pick this up the next day

can you upload /var/volatile/tmp/wasteDates.txt ?
It could be that you have the same issue as posted a few posts above (having no custom icons/dates defined).
You can try to configure some dummy dates on Toon.
I will correct this in next version but priorities at the moment are with getting 4.16.8 running again with custom apps (and ToonStore) and rooting of Toon 2

I tried to add some dummy dates, but that did not fix the problem. So I think I will go back a version. At your request I've added my wasteDates.txt.

Hi, the wastedate file contains two rows with wastedates 'undefined' which is causing the problem (the line should be 13 characters long). This should have been captured in the code.
You mentioned you are using mijn afvalwijzer, which is my provider too.
I will publish version 4.0 this evening to ensure compatibility with firmware 4.16.8 (expect an announcement on that one soon).

The fix for the above is not yet included, that will be in 4.1 in the coming days.....(I will switch back to JSON for mijnafvalwijzer)

version 4.1 is released. This release is mainly created to ensure compatibility with the thermostat mod for 4.16.8.
More on that later today.

Changelog:
- small changes to ensure compatibility with firmware 4.16.8
- Reverted back to JSON calls for mijnafvalwijzer.nl (faster)
- fixed a few minor glitches

No reason to update if not using mijnafvalwijzer and on lower firmwares.

- added waste provider gad.nl (waste provider 26)
enter the ical number in the settings screen (you can find this number on the calendar download page on gad.nl)

No reason to update for other users.

I updated the app yesterday, and I am having issues now. It worked in the older version but now I don't get a full list anymore. See the attachment. I use mijnafvalwijzer.nl (1). I already removed the app completely and re-installed it, but it does not fix the problem.

I am not in a hurry at all, but would be great if you could have a look at it.

Thanks for the pm. The app is working fine but your waste provider started to use new waste descriptions.
First they put a space after :'gft' and secondly they started using 'pbd' instead of 'pmd'.

You can easily fix this yourself by adding the following two lines to the function wasteTypeMijnafvalwijzer(shortName) in /qmf/qml/apps/wastecollection/WastecollectionApp.qml:

                        case "pbd": return 2;

Will include this in a future release but none planned for now.
after saving the changes and restarting the gui you need to go to the settings page and press 'opslaan' to refresh the file (or wait till the next refresh)
