RFXCOM plugin vs ACRF2

Post by Sanka »

Hello everybody,

I'm rebuilding my HA-system and I'm thinking about making the switch from the ACRF2 plugin to the RFXCom plugin. If have the USB RFXCOM receiver, X10, visonic, Oregon Scientific and Klik-Aan/Uit sensors.

Apart from donating to a good charity, the transmitter support and charting capability what other plus points does the RFXCom plugin have over the ACRF version?

Kind Regards,

Remko.

configure input sensor alarm & warning levels,
support (rec/xmit) for HomeEasy and KlikAan-KlikUit using automatic code,
sensor and alarm panels,
many configuration options on input sensors,
synchronize and control an X10 alarm panel,
possible new RFXCOM developments will be supported immediately,
no file access, only fast memory tables used,
41 bits used for security sensors which eliminates false triggers and alarms.

and you can get a rfxcom with wifi/ethernet (you can also reuse your usb receiver to go to ethernet version) (safes another port on your ha system, which is a must for me... )
