Xanura modules not respondig

Hi,

I have a 3 phase Xanura setup with phase coupler and filters installed. Sometimes my modules don't work/switch well (Switching a module using the PMIX35 software gets lost during transmission)

After downloading the new PMIX software and verifying my installation all my modules show up as "Controleer" When i try analyzing one module by my self (by sending commands at different voltages) it show that the module only works on maximum voltage. (Sometimes this does not even work)

I decided to pull the plug out of the wall socket for every electrical appliance i own, hoping this would improve things. Unfortunately this did not improve anything every module still shows up as "Controleer" when using the analyzer software.

One thing i did notice was that my noise level is much higher then other people on this forum (about 0.32volt) Could this be the cause of my problems?

Is there anyway to get the noise down? I was under the impression that the filters in my HIFS35/3 S6 would keep noise out of the house.

My house is build in 2001 and the longest power cable is about 15 meters. I think this is a typical home setup right?

Does anyone have a good suggestion how to isolate what's causing my problem?

and pull all the powerplugs from my wall sockets to try and isolate thep problem. Trying to find the source of the problem

A little update, i eventually managed to isolated the noise generator. The noise level is now between 0.6v and 1.0v measured from different rooms of the house.

Unfortunately the verify option in the PMIX35 software still shows all modules in "Controleer" status. I'm beginning to wonder if the PMIX software can cope with a FKX phasecoupler.

When testing a nearby (about 5 meter copper away) unit myself i found that the module works correctly when i use a 1 volt send setting. (Probably because it gets amplified/repeated to 7 volt) When verifying this module with the software it shows up as "Controleer"

Is this correct? Any idea's?

I don't think it should be correct that the status is "controleer". I have the same problem (see here). Perhaps there's another problem that causes this, but nobody has found a reason why my unit gets the "controleer" status too.
