Toon firmware 5.25.8 released??

I have another Toon for somebody (rooted).
The firmware is 5.9.6 is see in the Toonstore.
Can i safely update to 5.28.6 ?

We have pulled 5.28.6 for rooted Toon's a few minutes ago. There's a substantial possibility that the Toon loses his root.

If this happens with your rooted Toon, we are working on a solution but the Toon must be re-rooted for now.

Any News about a fix? Since 5.28.6 i lost my ssh access en no information goes to domoticz or the mobile app. Even Toonstore has 0 apps.
I it possible to downgrade? I rather dont want to re-root

You have a Toon2 or Toon1? Because on a Toon1 this issue isn't affected and if you are experiencing issue's on a toon1 with 5.28.6 you are probably having another issue.

works super on the toon one firmware 5.26.8 finally it is fast when you touch the screen.

I just did the update with the script from version 5.18.8 to 5.28.6 with no issues. The script worked perfectly.

The Hog is right. I figured it out. I had Wifi issues and got it working with a LAN cable. After that the Wifi works perfect again.
