Maybe you should have a look at this post: domoticaforum.eu/viewtopic.php?f=75&amp ... 189#p73174.

I don't have a TP-Link my self but it sure looks like the same problem.

Hello all,

I would like to receive the firmware and manual as well pls.
And I second the previous poster; the seller has to provide more documentation that pressing the rest button gives more problems than it solves!
PS: TP Link TL-WR710N

Thanks for the help!

Regards, Jeroen

Hi all,

I bought a OTGW kit with USB option only, since WiFi option wasn't available, and because I already own an TL-WR710N (EU) v.1.2.

I'm interested in the configuration/firmware, I think (better: I hope) I can install OpenWRT on my own but a bit of documentation for the configuration would help...

Could anyone share the needed packages and configuration?

Thanks in advance

M

Does anybody have links to TL-WR703N and/or TL-710N working openwrt images so I can get my OTGW connected to my Vera Lite.

Jim!

Here you can get OpenWRT for a lot of devices based on the same Atheros SOC:

http://downloads.openwrt.org/latest/ar71xx/generic/

Better check your device wiki page to understand differences between hardware releases (e.g. 710n v2 has a smaller flash than v.1.xEU thus can handle only reduced size firmwares).

While I think it's a bit OT on this forum to get deeper in the subject, my advice is to take time and read OpenWRT wiki. If you're good with Linux, it's quite easy...
