Spam adjustments made for domoticaforum Europe

Hi all
I have some modifications to this forum.
- Installed a spam filter for agressive mailrobots, filter out domainnames (lot of attacks lately)
- Installed user register securitys like having to register with a special generated graphical code.

If you howeever receive any strange mail form this forum please mail me directly!
