Kaku ABST-604

I use a a Kaku ABST-604 since a few days. The device is installed in HS3. When the light is low the device status goes to on and when the light becomes high the status goes to off.
Now I like to use this device in a event, but there is no reaction of the light when the device becomes to on.
Has someone more experience in what goes wrong in my event? See below.

Your event looks ok but is disabled. Click on the second icon to the right of the Group drop down list to enable it. It has a yellow background and a red circle with a line through it. It'll turn green once you click it. If it still does not work, do you get entries in the HS log when it runs?
