Cleaning the DB

In my search for a solution with the charting (see HS forum) I also found some 'wrong' entries in my RFXCOM Database.
The first day I have been happy clicking on the run script event to see if it worked.
Now I know that it is not good to have other then xx:01:00 items in the DB.
Question is, how to clean up?
Do I leave the line and set the times back to xx:01:00, meaning double lines with the same time, or can I delete the lines and are the inconsistant index numbers no problem.
