I bought a Libra wireless plug set at the german Lidl today for 16 Euros, thinking it would be KaKu compatible, as it uses 433 MHz.
It is a set containing a remote control, 3 appliance modules and 1 lamp dimmer module. It uses an automated coding system with 4000 unique codes.
I found some info with (partially) decoded signal info on this system here (dutch):

Obviously it is <u>not</u> KaKu (AC) compatible. Would it be possible to integrate this protocol in the RFXCom Homeseer plugin?

OK, that's a pitty the RFXCom 433 MHz transmitter will not be supporting this system. I guess I will have to find another solution then to connect the Libra to Homeseer.
I guess I will go fiddle around with my Global Cach GC-100 and use the IR transmitter to send the RF with a Velleman 433 MHz transmitter (10 euros, http://www.velleman.be/common/product.A ... &id=350619) and use the info from the link in my previous post to generate the desired signals. But that's something for the hardware section I guess.

Chak, the GC-100 is basically an IR extender connected to LAN. More or less like your iTrans. The version that I have has 2 RS232 ports, 3 relay outputs and 6 IR outputs. The IR outputs can be configured to act as sensor inputs (0-5 V).

My first thought to use the device for the above mentioned Velleman transmitter is because there is a homeseer plugin for it, and the Libra codes are published on tweakers.net. I'm quite certain it's not that problematic to convert these to the GC's format. The codes on tweakers.net are used for a Lirc, an IR controller in Linux, which for this application is connected to a 433 MHz transmitter instead of an IR transmitter.
As I'm not a programming expert, I'm more confident I can use the IR output from the GC-100 rather than the RS232 which would seem more apropriate. But the RS232 is only supported through script by the homeseer plugin.
As I'm quite new to homeseer I'm eager to learn more about writing scripts, so maybe I may be able to use the RS232 ports in the future.
