How to reset the RFXCOM LAN webinterface password?

Hi,

2 Questions:

1) During the install of my RFXCOM LAN device I set a password which I can't remember.
Is there a way to reset the pwd for the RFXCOM web interface? The defaults don't work.

2) Is there a way to 'reset' the RFXCOM LAN without removing the power? (so you can do it remotely)
