Defective xanura device's

What is the procedure to report a defective Xanura device.
Direct by Aeton? I don't know te dealer. "marktplaats deal"
But new device.

Imho you should try the seller, you can try Eaton, costs a few minutes to call/email.

I had some defective modules by myself and some of them where a couple of years old,also buy them on marktplaats last year.
I have send Eaton a email about it.
They have send me all new modules for it.
The service is excellent!
