Normaly you have a DIN rail in your Fusebox. On the DIN rail you can click a Filter.

It is a advice from Xanura to have one if you have one phase powerline. It prevents data leaving and entering your house.

But I tought it is realy needed (3 times) when you have 3 phase installation.

The filter can be mounted in any installation that uses modern circuit breakers (schakelautomaten) placed on a 'din rail'. The filter cannot be placed inside an old type fusebox with screw type fuses. I expect the ABB box to use a DIN rails, so space permitting you would be able to fit one without any problems.
You do want to use one, as it isolates your electrical system from the rest of the powergrid. That avoids any external signals interfering with the X10 modules, and more importantly it improves attenuation of the X10 signals in your home.
