Ghost X10 with adres 00

Recently one or twice a day the following X10 message will appear in my configuration and reported by the Home Control Box as follows:

08/01/09 08:32:11: A10/X10: -- er zijn geen apparaten geconfigureerd op dit adres
08/01/09 08:32:12: A10/X10: WAARSCHUWING: het volgende X-10 / A-10 commando is ontvangen, maar het apparaat is onbekend
08/01/09 08:32:12: A10/X10: F00, ON

Strange the X10 message had adress 00 - should not exist (range is 01 thru 16) but module F1 will react on this ghost X10 message

Any explanation

I think its in the driver of the Homecontrol Box, the translation is not done the right way in certain cases I guess.
You can check this when you parallel run a log on a Xanura PMIX35.

The HCB driver looks ok - the HCB is reporting/logging all legal X10 adresses in the right way .. I suspect a malfunction X10 device sending a partly corrupted X10 adres or may be one of the MS13 motion detector running low on batteries.
