I've contacted Alaxa about the water meters that you have used on the bwired.nl site connected to the RFXCOM system.
You mention that you have this measuring a .5 liter pulse. The company tells me it ships with a 1 liter pulse and that it cannot be modified.
Could you tell me how you got it to pulse at .5 liter?
Thanks for your help
Jon

Alaxa water meters
Hi Jon,
Welcome!
I ordered my water meter like many years ago from Alaxa, Those days they still had the 0.5 liter pulse meter.
I guess they are not selling them anymore, so you can't adjust them!

I bought an Alaxa water meter just three weeks ago and it gives a pulse every 0,5 ltr.
Edited: I have a 12mm pipe in the meter cabinet.

It depends on the size of the meter.
I have a Alaxa water meter in the meter cabinet, which uses 1 pulse a liter. And at the boiler I have a 1 pulse a 0.5 liter. This meter is smaller.
