Hi,
I have only one phase installed on my home and I intend to measure the total energy consumption plus two other partial energy consumptions, for instance, the computer cabinet circuit and the house lights circuit. For this I will need a RFXMeter equipped with 3 RFXPower modules.
Question 1: as I want to measure consumptions that are on the same phase, do I need all three power supply transformers for the RFXPower modules or can I use only one transformer?
I also need to measure gas and water consumptions using the reflective-optical sensors, for this I will need an extra RFXMeter transmitter and a bunch of RFXPulse modules plus the sensors.
Question 2: Can I have 2 RFXMeter transmitters and only one (USB) Receiver receiving data from the 2 RFXMeters? Can I change each transmitter channel so that both transmitters can send data at the same time without interference? If this is the case, can only one receiver receive signal from both transmitters or do I need an extra receiver?
Sorry if these questions seem too basic, but I just found RFX products accidentaly 2 days ago while googling and I'm very interested in their potential.
Thanks in advance.

RFXMeter and RFXPower module doubts
You can use 1 transformer if the CT's are connected to the same phase. However, the RFXPwr modules are calibrated with the transformare and it is possible that recalibration is necessary.
You are talking about RFXSensor but you mean RFXMeter.
You can have multiple RFXMeter devices and each RFXMeter address can be configured.
You only need one RFXCOM 433.92MHz X10-Oregon-etc. receiver if all RFXMeter devices are within the range.

RFXMeter and RFXPower module doubts
Thanks for your response. You're right I messed up the names. Just edited the post to reflect the correct naming.
I have one more doubt, although I can change the address on each RFXMeter, if I configure on each one of them the same sampling frequency, say to send data every 30 seconds or so, what happens if they transmit data at the same time? If they are transmitting on the same frequency don't they interfere on each other making the receiver to not receive correctly the data, or there is some kind of separate radio frequency channels like in the regular 802.11[bg] WLAN?

RFXMeter and RFXPower module doubts
It will sometimes happen that transmissions are overlapped and the data is not received but a next transmission the data will be received.
