Since few weeks I'm using the IMKS VM
IMKS VM will give you secure access to your network and all you VM/RDP/VNC sessions cross platform.
You just need a client on you desktop/iphone for accessing everything on your network.

For the MAC users you can have easy access to the console session's of you Virtual machines.
