Trouble resetting Merten Connect dimmer

Hello can anybody give me a hint on how to reset a merten universal dimmer from the merten connect range type 507900.

The in the manual mentioned procedure doesn't seem to work! Clicking the program button 3 times and then hold it for 5 sec!

Is there any reason it doesn't go back to factory default or am i doing it wrong. I hope someone can be of assistance.

Edit / turns out that there is a small tool available that alows one to reset the devices via pc-z wave dongle. So problem solved

This works over here, did this several times with the Merten stuff
