Vera and Homeseer

Could it be possible in the near future to control/instruct the Vera box from a Homeseer control PC? Thinking in the direction of the additional functionality like HSTouch touchscreen controls etc.
Just an idea and I really don't know if it would work.
Another advantage I could see is that you have the ease and control of HS and the reliability and the low powerconsumption of the Vera.

Could be an idea for a cool plugin.

Or wouldn't it be great to control Vera on a 7" touch-screen android device?

Besides Vera you could do and control lots of other stuff like your Squeezebox or a voip app, or just surf the internet........

Still getting back to the original question. Let me give you some more idea's I'm working on. The Visionic PIR's, fire alerts and Wateralert (I'm building a housenboat) are some of the features that I can easily integrate into Homeseer with the Visionic PC interface (even without a Alarm setup) and I see the answer coming already: we will be supporting that in the near future....
I'm sorry but that is not what I need. I need support for these kind of things from jan/feb on, not in a year. And I know that development is really going rapidly at the moment, however to get everything stable and working together is not done in a couple of months....
I would say that the combined forces of Homeseer and the Vera box could be very advantageous, specially for those who use Homeseer ATM and want to move over to the Vera.

Interesting topic; I was actually thinking about the same thing. Homeseer and Vera next to each other, and actually Vera being triggered by a Homeseer event (and the other way around?).

I assume Vera is web-based, so we can just actually send a specific GET request to a Vera http page?

In the stable firmware (1.0.616) you can turn on the light with ID 13 like this http://vera:3451/messagesend?from=1&to= ... e=1&id=192 there is something like it in the new beta firmware.
