Its ok, but dont expect the world. Same principal as a2dp i think. I have that in my car too, also have one of those devices (like in the picture) hooked up to my radio at work, so we can switch music (between all the iphone geeks here) i think it was from gear4, just takes in bluetooth and has normal jack out.
