Posting Malfunction

When i made a new topic with i my case the subject "UV index meter" then get i a response of the site like this

So i think the forum is searching for me on the subject name, but in this case it's nothing like the AEX or the Google index.
So now the question without changing the subject is ther a way to accept this and insert the post.

This is very annoying because you can not have subject names (or parts of it) multiple times.

Thats strange?
What the forum should do is present you a list with possible topics which are releated.
but you should be able to post your topic if you want!
Let me check.....

update: I think you can use the submit in any case, its not holding you back.

Correct. Had that also yesterday, but they were related... so that's strange, but you still can create a topic.

I have just a test topic for test (i delete it also )
And I notice that there is indeed a first proposal with related topics but i can use the submit button for a 2nd time to post the topic.
