Posting Malfunction

for the Moderator a question,
When i made a new topic with i my case the subject "UV index meter" then get i a response of the site like this
So i think the forum is searching for me on the subject name, but in this case it's nothing like the AEX or the Google index.
So now the question without changing the subject is ther a way to accept this and insert the post.
This is very annoying because you can not have subject names (or parts of it) multiple times.
