Wanted: DTMF to FSK Caller-id Converter

Hi All,

I'm looking for a DTMF to FSK caller-id converter unit (TELEC,Artech EX700/EX710 or similar).
The unit must be able to convert KPN PSTN caller-id (DTMF) to FSK (I specify this because the KPN protocol is not ETSI DTMF conformant, so not all converters can handle the KPN caller-id payload).
