because the powermax pro is not to be prgrammed by powerlink i bought a set powermax remote programmer.

i bought the powermax pro in brittain and the remote programmer in holland.
;but on trying to contact the powermax pro he gives the error report


the table definitions for the control panel [4,8 ]model have not been found

i have contact via the serial connection with the powermax pro if i give the wrong download code with the log in he returns : acces denied.

i intalled the remote programmer software on a vista computer and on a xp pro with normal serial port, the eror repor remains the same.

i even resored the orriginal installer codes in the powermax pro , but the problems remains.

does anyone know where the problem is ?

the powermax controller needs a com1 or com2 port at least it needed it with me, otherwise it didn't work. so make sure you dont have one in a high range.

did you first uploaded the alarm config to the pc?

it works as a train with the newest version of the programmer software: 30.0.40.4

Where did you get this version of the software? Can you upload it to the forum?

That was a hard google.. (meaning, it took me more time then usual to find it)
