Xanura SAX1 broken ?

i have now a SAX1 module ,that do's not respond anymore.
the red led is not blinking, it only go's on when i push the set button.??

the module workt fine for two years now, but in the time i have replaced all the outside lamps for powersavers (spaarlampen).
do's anyone now if the SAX1 can handle these lamps.

Sax1 will switch any connected device or light.

This is a known problem of the old saix and sax1.
repair is not possibile...(almost)

My first series Xanura modules I bought were of the second generation SAIX, SAX1, DIX from Eaton. Last year I bought some additional modules from a fellow forum member, which were of the first generation from Holec. Two modules of these, the Holec ones, broke within a year. Another post on the forum (http://www.domoticaforum.eu/viewtopic.p ... 00v#p27389) describes a possible way to repair the broken modules, by replacing the 1uf/400V elco. This weekend I ordered a couple of those elco's and as soon as they arrive I will try if I can repair the modules. Maybe this also works for you.

The current available zwave switches are

In zwave is distance to a device not a big issue since it will use other device as router to reach the device that are not so close to the zwave interface.
This is called mesh network.

Conrad, productnr 445492. Maar ik weet niet zeker of dit de goed zijn (afmetingen). Ik heb ze nog niet binnen, dus als je effe wacht tot ik ze heb kan ik je zekerheid geven.

Het waren niet de goede, ze zijn een millimeter te breed waardoor ze er niet tussen passen. Ik moet nog op zoek naar een ander type.
