Well on a table it is looking perfect, my opinion. A stand for on the table.

Well yes, i think i mentioned it .. but its only to place it on the wall with a addon. Its not that you can charge it and easilly take it out..

In my opinion you should not be able to see/touch the back of the iPad when using a wall mount. I think with the vogels solution the mount will be sticking out quite far.

my thoughts exactly. a shame that the one in the u.s. went up in price so much.
