RFXCOM and weather / temperature info

Hi all,
I'm pretty new to this RFXCOM stuff and I've been wanting to get a setup that monitors the room temperature in my living room. Additionally, I'd also like to be able to log the outside temperature and wind /-direction.
After some research I've come up with the following setup, which I'd appreciate feedback on:
- RFXCOM receiver ( 81003 see below)
- Type-3 RFXSensor (this one will be monitoring the living room temp. see below)
- Oregon Scientific WTGR-800 sensor (outside temp. + wind + humidity)
First question, looking through the forums and the RFXCOM website, I'm still a little confused as to what is needed. I get that I need a receiver ( w/ LAN) but I'm not sure what I'm getting. If I understand correctly,to receive both the Oregon sensor and the Type-3 I'd need the 81003 receiver plus the 80011 extra receiver module, right?
Second, in the future I'll be adding a second 81003 receiver that will allow me to monitor the utilities (gas, water, electricity) using the RFXMeter w/ RFXpwr. I understand from their website that I need an additional 2 optical sensors AND 2 RFXPulse modules to monitor gas and water usage, correct?
Finally, in the distant future, I'd like to add a water meter to monitor my hot tap water usage as well. For this, I can then add a second 80011 receiver module in the second 81003 receiver for the RFXMeter w/ RFXPulse module (70095), correct?
That would result in a setup of 2 81003 receivers, both with a second 80011 receiver module. One with both the 70095 RFXMeter and the 70087 RFXMeter, the other with the Type-3 RFXSensor and the Oregon WTGR-800.
I think I got it correct, but since it's all a little hazy when trying to figure it out, I'd appreciate some feedback from the professionals and correct me if I made a mistake?
