ZRP200

Just when I almost get enthousiastic about ZWAVE ... I bought some ZRP200's and I just added one to the network. It doesn't even recognizes it is a ACT module, is there something broken or is it normal behaviour. Using homeseer .66 version

That's normal for these. The ZRP200's were one of the first Z-wave modules to hit the EU market 3-5 years ago. Features have evolved since. Don't sink too much money in these ACT modules anymore, unless you can get them for a sweet price (although I have some that have been running fairly well for more than 3yrs). Look at Duwi, Qees etc instead.
