SC9000: a couple of questions

Hello. I live in Italy and have just bought a Safeguard kit (SC9000).

Is there any way to have a delay with motion sensors when entering home to switch alarm off? This seems to be possible only with door/windows sensors.

Is there any cheaper sensors (motion or door/window) that are compatible with sc9000 central unit? DS90 and MS90 are very expensive....
is there also another compatible pocket remote?

I can buy a second mini remote for 30 euros, DS90 for about 50 euros and MS90 or about 60 euros.....
