no sensors in rfxcharts

hello,

I've installed my server new from windows xp NL to Windows 7 32bit DE.

the only problem is now i see no sensors in rfx charts.
not in the chartpages and not in the weather page. in setup weatherpage i can't select any sensors too.

the configuration in rfxcom are standing right (rfxchart adressed to 10 11 or 12)
sensors are also working and visible in homeseer.

to get the rfxchart-page to work I had to change some lines because in windows 7 DE there is the program file dir. different.
it is not called programs but programme.

I hope someone can help me.

RFXCHARTS logging: By RFXCharts sampling (other modes are not supported)
Show on RFXCHARTS chart#: 2

is the script PH_RFXCOM2.vben running every 2 minutes past the hour?

yes it is running 2min after every hour the same as before I changed to the new windows.

the problem is that I don't see any sensor.
