I am using a Aeon-Labs USB stick in combination with a DUWI plug-in swicth, when I configure this Z-wave combination in HS2
I frequently receive the message Status Unknown, I also see an error message when I manualy switch the DUWI switch from the
device screen in HS. The distance between the USB plug (PC) and the DUWI switch is about 7 meter (so this can't be the problem I asume).
Is there something wrong in my set-up?

Did you allready 'optimize' or a 'rescan' ?

If you bring the duwi plugin switch close to the plug. Do you still have the same problem? Do you run the latest firmware on your aeon stick? Maybe interference could be an issue. Or you have materials in your building that shortens the distance. The only way than is adding more z-wave devices in you network with repeater functionality. Can you also send some logging of homeseer? And also check the neigbor status of the duwi switch in homeseer (http://127.0.0.1/zwho)
