This is my first post here...
I still have English lessons, but I will do my best

As you can see I like Apple products and I'm thinking about automating my home a bit
For that I want to use software and hardware that works fine on the Mac.
I will try to explain my wishes:
* Automate my mechanical ventilation (Humidity sensor (douche) that that close valves of other rooms (kitchen/toilet ect) and change speed)
* Automate light's (but also the old hand switches have to work)
* access on my iphone to change the lights (wifi/3G)
* access on my mac
* maybe more...
I have seen x10 is not always working well and Z-Wave is a new standard
What about the systems specially written for OS-X?
I have seen Indego is written for the mac, but does it work well and support new standards?
An other very nice system Z-series looks cool but expensive.
Also MiOS looks good and easy
Can I also use these systems to control for example Elro Easy Home, or KlikAanKlikUit?
What about de hardware that I need to contact the devices?
I have also seen a very cheap (simple?) one: Tricklestar
What do you advise me?
What is the best way to start?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Marco
