District heating with floor heating

Hi,

I have several years home domotica experience in my existing house (Homeseer, Xanura, Plugwise, RFXcom, OS, ProntoPro etc) and I will be moving to a "new" house in a few months. Off course I will be taking a lot of my existing domotica hardware with me. In my old house there is distric heating (is that the correct translation for stadsverwarming?) and with a simple valve it will be on or of based on the current and desired temperature.

The new house is also using distric heating, and it has floor heating on the ground floor. How can that be automated, preferably by using similar equipment I already use?
