Newby start project

Hi all Z-wavers

In my last post in the Kaku and i can not solve my problems i decided to start with a more advanced system

To start i want

1 x HomePro Dual Wall Switch ZRM230
3 x DUWI 064374
1 x AEON Labs Z-Wave stick

After this test i want to use the stick for DomotiGa or homeseer
1 question
The wall switch must switch on the mainlight in the living room ( left side button)
with te right button i want to switch on and off the 3 DUWI switches
is this possible ( i have read the manual ZRM230 but i can't figure it out)

2 question
the AEON Labs Z-Wave stick can this do tasks by it self, or must program and pc keep running
maybe i go to VERA to reduce energy
