Ebay RGB LED shop

HI,
See this Ebay shop from a Dutch guy working in China. He has a lot of RGB Stuff for sale. As far as I can see much cheaper then the common Ledshops. He can deliver for cheap in the Netherlands also.

hi, Bwired, I just check the shop on Ebay!In fact, we think it is not very cheap.We have better price for it, even for small quantity.I think this guy add too much profit on the products.My personal idea!

Wow what a Chinese interest here, Ni how ma?
Anyway, it might be good to get some test sets assembled by the guys with knowledge here on the forum and see what quotes we get for a 'group buy'

I am also in the market for some strips/controllers. Currently upgrading a room where I plan about 16 meters of LED strip....
Not sure yet if it will be RGB or just warmwhite, hence the test session.
Could use some long strips in the garden too.

For testing I am thinking about a meter of RGB and a meter of Warm White. 60 LED's per meter and a DMX controller for the RGB stuf. I guess powersupplies are better not shipped because of their weight?

@Zebrafilm and of course others.

We are importing the products directly from china ,so we can deliver them for better prices.

If you want to test something , we have most of the products running at the office so you can have a look.
Otherwise we can manage something with a loan guarantee. ( uitlenen met een borg )

in my case i want it to be able to work with dmx, so i dont have those IR issues you are referring too. But if it works for you then go for it.

Hi Snelvuur ( or quick fire

) for a couple of weeks ago we did a large project in a bathroom.
Here we delivered a white plastic glass wall and ceiling. Above and after the glass wall we make RGB and warm white flex strips. 35 meters totally. The controller will be a RGB (W) controller with can be used with DMX , modulair (breek contact ) switch , controlled and programd by pc.

The customer is very happy with his new bathroom, and we delivered a very nice project.

i want to see pictures of a finished project, just like lennart showed us with his kitchen.. also to give a idea of the project (since it seems like your very happy with the outcome) pictures always say more.

I have bought a 5m led strip 60 leds/m straight in china from this seller http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... TQ:GB:1123 and the result is amazing. I have install it for a test in my porch and here are a few pictures of it. I go place 30m of this strips and asked the price for 50m, it will be 692 pound including delivery (around 16 euro/m). If there some more interested people let me know and maybe we could buy more at a better price.
The light is really bright and very good of color, you can almost read a book on the white color.
The controller is very easy to use but he works on the same bandwitch as the most TV remote controller so they are useless in rooms where a tv is installed.
