USB powersockets in the wall outlets

This is definitely a solution I'll keep my eye on in the future.

Has anybody seen a solution like this on our dutch wallsockets? This has "awesome sauce" all over it.


Things I do wonder BTW:
- it has to be an adapter/converter inside the socket. What will the idle powerconsumption be if no usb device is connected..
- How will it work with the readings when connecting a plugwise or other power meter to it as well.
- I wonder about the Interference from these devices into the wallsocket area when also connecting it to a power meter like plugwise or similar device.

ahhh it's a power adapter for usb-powered devices, like a charger for phones. I thought about other things :wink:

It's not combined with 230V outlets though...
