Hello,
Would the rfxtrx433 work with Frieland (Honeywell) wireless alarm sensors.
http://www.friedland.co.uk/en-GB/Securi ... s/DC4.aspx
They say 433Mhz (the premium ones are 868Mhz).
I've got a PIR on order to test, but just wondered if anybody had any success with them.
thanks
Kevin

Re: Honeywell Friedland alarm kit?
Friedland is not in the list of supported devices.
See the RFXtrx User Guide chapter 2 for this list: http://www.rfxcom.com/Documents/RFXtrx% ... 0Guide.pdf

Re: Honeywell Friedland alarm kit?
Sorry Bert
I knew that it wasn't on the list of devices.
I was really wondering if it had ever been tried and discounted because it doesn't work, or if it was the case that nobody's tried, and so it's not supported because it's never been tested.
Essentially what I'm looking for is a security alarm system that can communicate with the rfxtrx433, that's available in the UK, and, for extra bonus points, could reuse existing wired sensors.
thanks
